How Processing Time Works

Order processing time is the period from payment confirmation to shipment dispatch. It does not include transit or delivery time.

Shipment dispatch

Preparation time is typically 2–5 days.

Pre-order items

Preparation time is usually 3–7 days, based on the product page notice.

QC & Customer Confirmation

  • Orders undergo product inspection before shipment.
  • QC photos or videos are provided when applicable.
  • Shipment proceeds after the confirmation step is completed.
