Order Submission

Submit order details on the website: model, version, address, and contact info.

Payment Confirmation

After payment is confirmed, the order enters preparation. Unpaid orders are not processed.

Stock Preparation

Preparation starts after confirmation. Stock preparation typically takes 1–2 days.

QC Check

Each watch goes through standard QC covering movement operation, appearance, and basic functions.

QC Media Sent

QC photos/videos are provided for each order. They show the actual item prepared for shipment.

Customer Confirmation

Shipping proceeds only after customer QC approval. Questions can be raised before confirming.

Real, unedited materials for review before shipping.

QC Confirmation Rules

Approval is required before shipment. Re-QC is available if needed.

Shipping only proceeds after customer QC approval.

 
  • No item is shipped without confirmation.
  • Review carefully before approving.
  • Ask questions before confirming.

Requesting Re-QC

If QC is not accepted, a replacement may be arranged.

 
  • A new QC set will be provided for review.
  • Concerns should be raised before approval.
  • Process remains transparent and recorded.
