1. When an Order Can Be Cancelled

Unpaid orders You can cancel directly before payment.

Paid, not in preparation You can cancel if preparation has not started.

Before QC begins You can cancel unconditionally before QC.

After QC is completed You can still request cancellation for review.

Delays caused by us You can cancel anytime with a full refund.
2. When an Order Cannot Be Cancelled

Custom products Special straps, dials, or limited batches.

Special stock models Items clearly marked as non-cancellable.

Shipped orders Use return or refund policies after shipment.
3. Cancellation Process

Submit a cancellation request Contact support with your order details.

Order status review We check the current stage of your order.

Cancellation confirmation We confirm the cancellation and next steps.

Cost disclosure if applicable Any costs will be explained before approval.

Refund processing Refund is arranged after cancellation approval.
4. Refund Timing After Cancellation

Processed within 24 hours After approval, we process the refund quickly.

Platform processing time applies Credit card or PayPal may take longer to settle.

Email notification You will receive an email after completion.
