How Processing Time Works
DefinitionOrder processing time is the period from payment confirmation to shipment dispatch. It does not include transit or delivery time.

Cross-border payment may take slightly longer.
Stock preparation
In-stock: 1–2 days
Non-stock items may require extra preparation time.
Quality check (QC)
1–3 days
Complex movements or special models may take slightly longer.
Shipment dispatch
Within 24 hours after QC approval
Dispatch is arranged after inspection and confirmation steps are completed.
Pre-order & Non-stock Items
Non-stock items
Preparation time is typically 2–5 days.
Pre-order items
Preparation time is usually 3–7 days, based on the product page notice.
QC & Customer Confirmation
- Orders undergo product inspection before shipment.
- QC photos or videos are provided when applicable.
- Shipment proceeds after the confirmation step is completed.
Special Situations
Processing may extend for high-demand items, temporary supply delays,
or peak seasons and public holidays. Updates and options are provided when needed.
