  Key functions are reviewed before approval.

Visual & Assembly Inspection

External condition and assembly integrity are reviewed.

• Alignment and visible fit

  We look for obvious misalignment or gaps.

• Surface condition

  Visible defects or damage trigger rejection.

Photo Standards

QC photos show multiple angles of the actual watch.

Images are unfiltered and unmodified.

Video Standards

Videos demonstrate appearance and operation when applicable.

Content aims for verification, not enhancement.

Non-Pass Criteria

We do not ship units with functional issues or obvious defects.

• Functional abnormalities

  If a function is abnormal, it does not ship.

• Visible damage or obvious defects

  Deep scratches or clear defects are rejected.

• Misalignment impacting appearance

  Obvious alignment issues do not ship.

Replacement Process

If QC fails, a replacement is prepared and inspected again.

New QC materials are sent for review.

No Perfection Claims

QC does not imply absolute or flawless condition.

Minor, non-functional variations may exist.

Batch & Version Differences

Differences between batches can occur.

QC confirms the individual unit before shipment.
