This page explains how pre-order and custom items work, including timelines, cancellation options, and what happens if delays occur.
Pre-order Policy
Pre-order items require preparation time before shipping. Once preparation is done, we move to QC and schedule shipment.
Estimated Preparation Time
- Typical preparation: 3–7 days.
- Next step: QC, then shipment scheduling.
After you place a pre-order, price and inventory are prioritized and locked.
If the order has not entered preparation, we can help cancel it. Contact support ASAP.
If There’s a Delay
- If the timeline goes beyond the promised range, you may cancel and get a full refund.
- If an unexpected factory delay happens, we will notify you proactively.
- You can choose to keep waiting or switch to another available item.
Custom Product Policy
Custom items are made to your specifications. Please confirm details before ordering.
What Counts as “Custom”
- Custom straps
- Custom dials
- Special color adjustments
Returns & Exchanges
Custom items are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom Production Time
Custom orders may take longer to prepare.
Please confirm all specs and requirements before placing a custom order.
If it’s our error, we support a free remake/replacement or a refund option.
Process Clarity
We share key updates through the order flow, so you can follow progress with fewer surprises.
How Updates Work
