Warranty & After-Sales
Please carefully review our dynamic pre-shipping quality inspection, operational guidance, film removal rules, and 2-year warranty scope.
1. Pre-Shipping Quality Control
Every watch is systematically inspected before package construction to ensure maximum functional accuracy.
-
Photo & Video Verification
Our team will provide explicit, detailed high-resolution photos and video testing logs of your exact timepieces prior to shipping.
-
Customer Approval Mandate
Parcels are only forwarded to logistics processing after you review and explicitly confirm the QC records with zero discrepancies.
2. Initial Inspection & Film Rules
Protect your buyer coverage by performing crucial non-destructive testing before touching the protective wrapping.
CRITICAL MANDATE: DO NOT REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE FILM YET.
Upon package arrival, systematically check basic movement attributes (time calibration, date wheel shifting, winding mechanisms) entirely while the factory plastic wrap remains unbroken.
-
The Film-Removal Bound
Removing or breaking the protective film layer signifies structural acceptance of the aesthetic/surface condition. Once unwrapped, the item can never be submitted for standard return or refund actions (eligible for warranty track only).
3. Return & Refund Policy
Clear operational parameters governing dispatch status and transactional execution.
4. 2-Year Limited Warranty
We provide full structural support for all timepieces for a duration of 2 years from delivery sign-off.
Covered Functional Failures Free Repair
- Severe horological variance or complete movement stoppage.
- Mechanical internal failure making time adjustments impossible.
- Date wheel structural freezing or inability to cycle date configurations.
Explicit Exclusions Void / Fee-Based
- Accidental & Physical Impact: Cracked crystals, shattered gear teeth from drops, casing denting, or heavy shocks.
- Liquid Ingress: Submersion anomalies, crown-open moisture entry, or hot steam seal failures.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Disassembling movement mechanics locally, third-party modding, or changing component configurations without explicit approval.
* For excluded situations, repair tasks are processed via standard evaluation, billing you for precise replacement parts and repair bench labor costs only.
5. Technical Operations & Advisory
Understanding internal architecture helps prevent accidental operational component wear.
-
Functional & Mechanical Alignment
While the architectural dial displays and operational functions mirror genuine models seamlessly, the internal gearing setups may demand specific rotational directions or distinct crowns/pushers positioning parameters.
-
Consult Support Before Forcing Mechanisms
If you are unfamiliar with quick-set date safety hours, wind limits, or chronograph resetting mechanics, contact support for text/video blueprints. Forcing gears during standard movement "calendar danger zones" that causes stripping will necessitate fee-based repair tracking.
6. Structural Support Workflow
How requests are processed sequentially to guarantee secure tracking and engineering remediation.
