Tracking Number Issuance
Tracking is issued after QC approval and shipment dispatch. Tracking details are usually sent within 24–48 hours after shipment.
QC Completed
Items are checked and prepared for dispatch.
Dispatched
Parcel is handed over for shipping and the label is created.
Tracking Sent
Tracking is emailed, and updates may appear within 24–48 hours.

Update frequency depends on the shipping method and stage of transit. Temporary pauses can occur during international transit and customs clearance.
Express Couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS)
Usually daily updates. Pauses may happen during flight transfers.
Tax Lines / Special Routes
Updates typically every 2–3 days. Slower during customs stages.

No Update or Delivery Delay
Delays can be influenced by transit handovers, customs processing, holidays, and peak seasons. If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 days, support can help follow up with the carrier.
5+ Days Without Updates
Contact support to request a carrier status check.
Carrier Query
We follow up with the carrier and sync the latest available progress.
Resolution
If the package is confirmed lost or abnormal, it will be handled under the applicable policy.
Lost or Seized Packages
If a package is confirmed lost, seized, or fails customs clearance, customers may choose free reshipment or a full refund.
Split Shipments & Multiple Tracking Numbers
Split shipments may occur when orders include pre-order items, ship from different warehouses, or when available items are dispatched first to reduce waiting time.
Separate Parcels
Each parcel has its own tracking number.
No Extra Fees
No additional shipping fees are applied for normal split shipment cases.
