QC Transparency Principles

Standard

Real Product, Real Records

Each order is inspected individually before shipment.

QC materials match the actual item to be shipped.

No reused media

QC content is not copied across orders.

No AI renders or heavy filters

We avoid exaggerated or misleading visuals.

Customer Confirmation First

Shipment only proceeds after customer QC confirmation.

We do not force shipment before confirmation.

Inspection Scope & Standards

Core Functional Inspection

QC prioritizes basic functional reliability.

  • Movement operation

We check that the watch runs as expected.

Key functions are reviewed before approval.

Visual & Assembly Inspection

External condition and assembly integrity are reviewed.

  • Alignment and visible fit

We look for obvious misalignment or gaps.

  • Visible damage or obvious defects

Deep scratches or clear defects are rejected.

  • Misalignment impacting appearance

Obvious alignment issues do not ship.

Replacement Process

If QC fails, a replacement is prepared and inspected again.
